About your digital VCard
What does my VCard include?
Your VCard includes photo, name, contact details, bio, links to your social networks, links to your listings or services, and even files or videos you want to share.
Can I update my information later?
Yes. You can update your information as many times as needed during the active period, without reprinting anything. We simply update your card and the link stays the same.
Is it useful for my whole team?
Each VCard is individual per agent or user, but we can create packages for full teams, agencies or companies with multiple users.
About your physical FCard
What do I need to design my FCard?
We only need your logo in good quality, brand colors and, if you want, a design reference. From there, we propose the final design of your card.
How long does it take to receive my physical card?
Production time is 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation and once we receive your approved logo and final details. Shipping times may vary depending on the courier.
Can I order more than one FCard?
Yes. You can request additional cards for the same user or for different members of your team. Just tell us how many you need and for whom.
