Tours for already built spaces
What is the process if the space is already built?
1. You share approximate square meters, areas to cover and the main goal of the tour.
2. We schedule the on-site shooting session (date and time).
3. We capture the space with 360° cameras covering all agreed areas.
4. We edit, assemble the tour and add basic hotspots.
5. We send you the tour for review and polish the final details.
Once approved, we publish the tour and deliver the link and QR code.
How long does delivery take?
For tours of built spaces, typical delivery time is:
• 1–2 business days for the on-site capture (depending on schedule).
• 3–5 business days for editing, assembling and review.
For larger projects or with many hotspots/add-ons, we share a specific timeline.
Can I update the tour later?
Yes. We can add or modify hotspots, update information or adjust branding within the same tour.
If the space changes physically (major remodels), we can schedule a new capture session to replace or add new views.
Tours for pre-sale / 360° renders
How does the 360° render process work?
1. You share architectural plans and references for finishes/style.
2. We define which spaces will be modeled and how many 360° points are needed.
3. We model the project in 3D and generate the spherical renders.
4. We assemble the 360° tour, connecting views and adding hotspots.
5. You review, request adjustments and we publish the final version ready for pre-sale.
It’s ideal to showcase projects before they’re built and support the sales team.
How long does a tour with renders take?
It depends on the level of detail and number of spaces to model, but in general:
• 1–2 weeks for modeling and 360° renders of a sample project.
• + a few extra days if it includes many advanced hotspots or variations.
From the start we share an estimate according to your scope and commercial calendar.
What if plans or finishes change?
If changes are minor (colors, textures, decorative details), they can be updated on the same model.
If there are major structural changes (layout, square meters, unit types), we quote an additional phase to update the 3D model.
What deliverables do I get with my 360° tour?
Digital access
